1. Do I have to register to buy goods from your site?
Yes. Registering on Rizekart.com is very simple. You can simply click on the "Sign In/Sign Up" button on the home page and click on "Sign Up" option at the bottom. Share your email address, set a password and get registered. You can also sign into the site using your Facebook login details. Please make sure you read and agree the Terms and Conditions before you register or use the site for shopping.
2. Do you charge any money for registration?
No. You can register with Rizekart.com for free. You only have to pay for the goods you buy and the delivery charges, if any.
3. Can I have more than two accounts?
Every account created on Rizekart can be linked only to one, unique email id and a unique mobile number. You can, however, have multiple delivery addresses under one account.

4. How do I access my account on Rizekart.com?
To access your account information, you can click on your user id/email id mentioned on the top right-hand side of home page. The "My account" page on Rizekart contains your contact details, your shipping address, and also your order history with Rizekart.com. You can update your name, date of birth, mobile number and other demographic details on this page.
5. Can I change my password?
Yes, you are free to change your password anytime you want. To do so, please visit the "my account" page and click on the "Password Option" to change the existing password.
6. I forgot my existing password. What do I do?
If you do not remember the existing password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
7. Will my account also include my credit or debit card or net banking details?
No. Rizekart.com does not store your financial details. We redirect you to a secure payment gateway which will direct you to pay using your credit or debit card, or through net banking options.
Purchase and Payment
8. I like a product on your site. How do I buy it?
Add the products you wish to buy to the cart. Once you reach the minimum order amount, you can proceed to check out the basket. You will be asked to fill in the shipping address during your first order. The address will be saved and can be used for future orders also.
9. The product I need is not in stock on your website.
Unfortunately, we run out of stock when it comes to certain products that are in demand or short supply. In such a case, click the "notify me" button to be informed when the product is restocked and available for purchase on our site.
10. What are the payment options I have?
For the convenience of our customers, we offer cash-on-delivery payment as well as online payment facility. During the checkout process, you will be asked to choose your payment option/ Select your choice of payment method to complete the transaction.
If you choose cash-on-delivery and submit, you will be directed to the order completed page. If you choose to pay online, using your credit card, debit card or through net banking, you will be directed to the payment processor's page.
11. What is cash on delivery?
The cash on delivery option enables you to pay by cash after the goods have been delivered at your address. Once you receive the goods, you can pay the cash to the delivery person.
12. Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Rizekart.com is secured by the highest level encryption algorithms and uses highly safe and reliable payment processors for online transactions. It is completely safe to make a payment on Rizekart.com using your credit card, debit card or net banking.
13. Will there be extra charges like VAT or other fee if I pay using credit cards?
The prices mentioned for all the products featured on our site are inclusive of all kinds of taxes. There will not be any extra charge if you make a payment using your credit card.
14. I have a coupon code. How do I use it?
Coupons or coupon codes that you get via email or through any other channel should be entered before you checkout. Click on the cart and then click on the "I have a coupon code" button at the bottom, left-hand side. Enter the coupon code in the box that appears next to it and click on "Apply". The discounted amount will be deducted from the total amount payable.
15. Will the goods be delivered to my address?
Yes. All daily needs items you order will be delivered to the address you choose. However, you need to order goods worth at least Rs.500 to avail free delivery; we charge flat Rs.50 shipping charge on all orders below Rs.500.
For food orders under Order food category
Papa johns - You need to order goods worth at least Rs.100, orders will be delivered free of charge in Tirupati urban selected Locations.
For locations far from city like karakambadi, renigunta and chandragiri minimum order shall be over Rs.1000 for free delivery(Order value for each restaurant selected).
Hyderabad house - You need to order goods worth at least Rs.500, order will be delivered free of charge.
For locations far from city like renigunta and chandragiri minimum order shall be over Rs.1000 for free delivery (Order value for each restaurant selected).

16. When will my order be delivered?
We deliver all our orders during eighttime slots every day, including holidays and Sundays.
- 06:30 am to 08:30 am
- 08:30 am to 10:30 pm
- 10:30 pm to 12:30 pm
- 12:30 pm to 02:30 pm
- 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm
- 04:30 pm to 06:30 pm
- 06:30 pm to 08:30 pm
- 08:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Please note that only a limited number of deliveries can be made during each slot. So you will be able to pick a slot based on availability.
17. Do you deliver in my area?
As of now, we are delivering goods in select areas of Tirupati, Visakhapatnam (Vizag) and Hyderabad city. Very soon, we plan to expand our reach to places around Tirupati and the major cities in India.
18. Do you deliver the goods on the same day?
Yes, we deliver goods on the same day if you place order before 2:00 pm. However, this is also subject to availability of slots. If the slots are full for a particular day/date, you can choose the earliest available slot on the next day.
19. Who will deliver the goods?
Rizekart has a team of professionals and supply partners who handle all the packaging and shipping of the goods we feature on our site. The goods will be delivered to you in a neatly packaged, 100% hygienic and safe manner. Our delivery team will also get a copy of the invoice for you at the time of delivery. Should you find any product missing, or wish to return a product, you can do so at the time of delivery.
Returns and Refunds
20. I have placed an order for an item by mistake. Can I cancel it?
Yes. You can get in touch with our customer care team immediately and place a request for cancellation. Please call us as soon as you can to cancel the order or a particular item to get back the entire refund, if you have made an online payment. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours, we will initiate a refund. Otherwise, we are happy to offer replacement products worth the same amount.
Order cancellations are not allowed for foods ordered under order food category.
21. An item I received is broken/leaking/puffed. How do I return?
We request you to check every item that is delivered to you right at the time of delivery to ensure quality. If you find any broken, damaged or leaky packets, please return them to the delivery person. The cost of the product will be deducted from the total payable and you can get a replacement for the defective item during your next order.

22. The product I want is not available on your site. Can you get it for me?
Certainly! We are happy to add new products to our existing product base. If you want a specific item featured on the site, please write to the Rizekart support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to get the product for you.
